Looping error on login

Hello,

I was going to play with a friend this afternoon, who updated the software to the newest version last Monday. Today, however, when she attempted to log in she got a message saying the software was already updated, and to click Finish. She did that and found it necessary to click the logon icon again, and the same thing happened. She would get logged in for a moment, but upon clicking Finish at the dialog box indicating the version was already updated her screen would disappear and she would no longer be logged on. Trying to assist her in resolving this. Help please.

Maybe there was a glitch with the update. Try re-installing the program
Just to check, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it connected fine.
The version should be 1.0.82
